What is Sculpted?

Sculpted is a 45–60 minute hot Pilates strength class blending controlled movement, deep core work, and full-body conditioning inside our infrared-heated studio. Expect a challenging, uplifting, results-driven workout every time you step in.

How hot is the studio?

Our infrared-heated room stays between 90–95°F, warming the muscles safely, improving circulation, and intensifying your burn without overwhelming heat.

What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel. We provide elastic bands, blocks, balls, hand weights, and ankle weights. If you prefer cloth resistance bands, feel free to bring your own.

What should I wear?

Lightweight, breathable workout clothing. You’ll sweat — a lot.

Is Sculpted beginner-friendly?

Yes! All levels are welcome. Instructors offer modifications, advancements, and form cues so you can move confidently at your own pace.

Can I take class if I’m pregnant?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend heated classes during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before attending.

How do I sign up for class after purchasing a membership?

Simply download the Mindbody app, then log in using the same email and password you used to purchase your membership. Your membership will automatically appear in your account, and you’ll be able to book classes instantly.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 12 hours’ notice to cancel your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $20 fee (or loss of a credit if using a class pack).

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get set up and settle into the heat. Doors open 15 minutes before class — not earlier. New clients MUST arrive early for safety and orientation.

Is there parking?

Yes! We offer onsite parking directly in front of the studio, plus a parking garage located behind the building.

Do you offer student pricing?

Yes! We offer a Student 8-Pack (valid student ID required). This pack expires 1 month from the purchase date.

Do packages expire?

Yes. All regular class packs expire 1 year from the purchase date. The Student 8-Pack expires 1 month from purchase.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or transfers.

How do memberships work?

Memberships bill monthly and include priority booking, red-light sessions, retail discounts, and exclusive member perks. Full details are on our Pricing page.
