Sculpted is a method created by instructor and trainer Sophia Cepero — a unique fusion of hot Pilates, strength training, and science-driven movement designed to shape the body from the inside out.
Unlike traditional hot Pilates studios, Sculpted blends Pilates principles with targeted muscle activation, progressive overload, and heat-powered intensity to maximize results. Each class is intentionally structured to lift the glutes, tighten the waistline, strengthen the deep core, and build lean, sculpted muscle.
Sophia designed the Sculpted Method after years of teaching Pilates, studying biomechanics, and training hundreds of clients who wanted more than just a workout — they wanted a program that delivered visible change with purpose behind every movement. By integrating infrared heat, strength-based Pilates sequencing, and science-supported training techniques, Sculpted creates an environment where your body can perform better, burn more efficiently, and recover stronger.
